These terms govern the use of the MTC SongVitalité 青山中医 website and the booking of appointments with the practice. This is general demonstration text: it does not constitute legal advice and should be reviewed by a professional before final publication.
Purpose of this site
This site presents the traditional Chinese medicine services offered by Mr Qingshan Song in Lausanne. The information on it is provided for guidance only and is in no way a substitute for a consultation, a diagnosis or medical treatment. In an emergency, call 144 or contact your doctor.
Appointments and cancellations
An appointment is confirmed only once the practice has replied. Cancellations must be communicated at least twenty-four hours in advance; late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged. The practice reserves the right to move an appointment where unavoidable, giving reasonable notice.
Fees and insurance
Fees are communicated before any treatment begins. The practice is ASCA and RME certified and EMR affiliated; depending on your complementary insurance, sessions may be reimbursed. Traditional Chinese medicine is not covered by basic insurance (LAMal). It is the patient's responsibility to check the extent of their cover with their insurer.
Liability
The practice takes care to keep the information published here accurate and current, without being able to guarantee that it is exhaustive. The practice cannot be held liable for any damage arising from the use of this site or from any inability to access it.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Lausanne, subject to any mandatory provisions to the contrary.
